The skeleton of the earliest human ancestor, dating back 4.4 million years ago, was recently reconstructed by scientists. The remains were discovered 15 years ago in Ethiopia, but only after a decade and a half could be reconstituted.
Specifically, it’s a fossil of a human being female that measures 1.20 meters tall and weighed 50 kg. It looks like it had a height equal to that of chimpanzees from our days but who moved in vertical position.
